MUROHI FOOD PRODUCTS was incorporated in 1962, in a small village MAGOD, situated in the midst of Mango orchards, at the banks of Arabian Sea. MAGOD is just 10 km from District Place VALSAD, in the State of Gujarat - India.
We are registered with and are having licence to manufacture from Ministry of FOOD PROCESSING-GOVT. OF INDIA. Manufacturing processes is as per GMP (Good Manufacturing Process as specified by WHO) is applied.
Recently have entered into GREEN FIELD PROJECT. We have grown almost 200 mango trees as well as 1000 Bamboo, Teak and other medicinal trees around the industry. Natural manure is prepared using mango waste. Effluent discharged is treated and is being used for irrigation by Drip Irrigation in the orchards of Green Field Project. Rain water harvest is optimally used. All norms expected by the Pollution Control Board are fully adhered to.
We are experts in selection of Mangoes for manufacture of Pulp as we are in the tradition of Mango farming since last almost 8 to 10 generations and being in the midst of orchards, having our own 1200 mango trees with selected varieties of mango, we started manufacture of Mango Pulp.
As time progressed, besides Mango pulp, we started with manufacture of Flavoured Sugar Syrups, Fruit Jams, Sliced Mango Sauces (chutney) in sweet and hot types, Tomato Ketchup/Sauces, Squashes and Vinegar etc.
